Five (5) people who are currently fighting the cancer battle will be randomly selected to receive from 1 to 3 visits for cleaning services for the entire residence.  The Selection Committee will determine the number of visits.  Details are as follows:

1. Individual must be currently fighting the cancer battle

2. Please indicate:

   • Whether the residence is a house or apartment

   • Number of bedrooms

   • Square footage (estimate)​

3. When nominating or entering, please include name of nominee, cell phone number and email address.

4. Please include the name of nominator, cell phone number and email address.
