Our menu includes 2 meats (short rib of beef and chicken) with a vegetarian option.   If you or your guest(s) have dietary restrictions (no red meat), you may select the double chicken or vegetarian option. Please send your request to bwcsfoundation@gmail.com no later than noon on October 27th.  If tickets are in hand, please include name(s) and table number.  If not, please include name(s) and selection.
