Thank you for joining us for the Cincinnati Official Juneteenth Parade! As we approach the big day, we want to ensure that you have all the necessary details for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Staging Times and Drop-Off Information:

• The parade kicks off at 10:00 AM sharp.

• Please drop off participants at the designated area in front of Lincoln Rec Center (1027 Linn St., Cincinnati, OH 45203 -- Court & Linn Streets).

• After drop-off, proceed to park your vehicles in the parking lot near the end of the parade route, or any location of your choosing.

Day-of Parade Details:

• Start Time: 10:00 AM

• Drop-Off Location: Lincoln Rec Center

• Parking Location: Near the end of the parade route (Plum and Richmond Streets) (see attached map)

• Port-a-Potty: Located along the parade route next to the baseball field on Court Street.

• Water Stations: While we will have water available, please be prepared with additional water and towels.

Additional Reminders:

• We do not expect rain, but please check the weather forecast and come prepared.

• Ensure your group is ready and in position by your designated staging time.

• Keep hydrated and take necessary precautions for a safe and comfortable day.

• We will be conducting interviews during the staging period, so it is crucial to be on time and ready.
